Anyone wishing to attend our events at The Lifestyle Lodge will need to meet a criteria that reassures all our guests that they are meeting people who are active within the swinging lifestyle and have displayed a minimum level of swinging lifestyle etiquette. You will need to inform us of any profiles & usernames you have on sites like Spicy Match, Fab Swingers, Pineapple App or Fetlife as this will help you in being able to attend our parties. You will need a minimum of 2 meeting verifications from sites like Fab Swingers. If you do not have any of the above this lesser your chances to be able to attend. Our attending system helps us to maintain an even gender balance and ensures verified and respectful, etiquette savvy lifestylers from various scenes can attend our events.. We also ask all guests attending to bring a form of photo I.D that will be checked against the details you give here as an added security measure. All our regular guests place faith in us to ensure that only vetted & verified guests from the lifestyle attend our events. The Playgrounds parties & events are for couples, transgender guests and verified, singles ladies and gents unless otherwise stated. Limited single verified gents are permitted to attend where stated. ATTENDING: Please contact us with your email address if you would like to attend All our parties and events are strictly GUEST LIST ONLY. Please ensure you include the name to match the one on the guest list you wish to use to gain entry. Please bring a copy of your receipt when you attend. After your attendance has been confirmed you will then be emailed a party confirmation a week before the event. The confirmation will include the full address for the party as well as additional details about the event, eg: arrival times etc

We require verification to ensure that all attendees are vouched for by others in the lifestyle community. Platforms like Fetlife, Spicy Match, Fab Swingers, Social Swing, Pineapple app, and Swinghub app allow users to create profiles and verify each other after meeting. Yes, you can attend if you are a couple, single lady, transgender, or single gent. However, we will need some additional information from you, such as your full name(s) and recent face picture(s), along with a brief summary of why you wish to attend our lifestyle parties. This helps us ensure that you are who you say you are and that you are attending for the right reasons.

We have always encouraged new couples, single ladies and transgender guests, who are new to this lifestyle, to attend our parties and events. We can ensure you that we operate NO pressure, NO obligation policy at our parties and events, along with a simple NO means NO rule. The Lifestyle Lodge is a large, private, 6 bedroom, secluded house in Staffordshire The full address of the house is only given to ticket holders only a week before an event to maintain privacy and discression.

Attendance at our events can vary depending on the time of year, weather, and financial climate. On average, we have at least 40 to 50 guests at our events. Please note, we will never run an event with fewer than 30 guests.

We always say that all guests should bring there own condoms and lube to our parties as we cannot ensure we have spare supplies.

No, sex is not guaranteed at our parties. It only occurs between consenting adults who are mutually attracted to each other. We always advise new guests to attend with zero expectations.

All our parties are strictly prepaying ticket/guest list only. We cater to couples, single ladies, and a select number of single guys. Here are the basic rules and etiquette to ensure everyone has a fabulous night: 1. You MUST book and buy your ticket in advance. This helps us maintain a good balance between couples and singles for everyone's enjoyment. 2. If you're not on our guest list, you could be refused entry. 3. No recording equipment, including mobile phones, is allowed in the venue. You can ask a staff member to monitor your phone if you're expecting an important call. 4. Excessive drinking or drug use is not tolerated. You may be refused entry or asked to leave if found under the influence. 5. Always ask for permission before touching or joining anyone. Even in open areas, consent is required. 6. Previous play does not imply future permission. Always confirm consent on each occasion. 7. No means NO. If asked to stop, do so immediately without explanation. 8. Safe sex is your responsibility. We expect all gentlemen to wear protection unless otherwise agreed. 9. Be mindful of others wanting to use play areas. Clean up after yourself and report any issues to staff. 10. Report any complaints about other guests to a staff member immediately. 11. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found under the influence will be removed permanently. 12. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the venue. Remember, sexual harassment laws apply inside the venue. Failure to follow these rules may result in permanent removal. The management reserves the right to change these rules without notice.

When you arrive, please have your profile username or guest list name ready, along with photo ID so we can confirm your booking. If you can’t provide photo ID, you may be refused entry. For dress, we encourage you to match the party theme if you’d like, but it isn’t essential. Otherwise, go for smart and sexy. Please avoid trainers, T-shirts, ripped jeans, sportswear and hoodies, as you could be turned away if you don’t make the effort.

To request tickets, simply complete the ticket request form for the event you want to attend. Once we have reviewed your details, we’ll be in touch with the next steps and any event information you need before attending. We keep the process personal so we can make sure each guest is a suitable fit for the night.

If you need to cancel or you think you may arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our events are ticketed and carefully managed, notice really helps us plan properly. We’ll always try to be as helpful as we can, but event access is still subject to the booking terms and guest list arrangements for that night.

The main thing is that you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy yourself. If an event has a specific theme or dress code, we’ll let you know in advance.
