TICKET CONTRIBUTION REQUEST

Welcome to our Ticket Contribution Request Form for all our events at The Lifestyle Lodge.
 
Please fill in as much accurate detail as you can as this will help us to get our ticket invoice to you.

Please note that all ticket contribution invoices issued will need to be paid within 4 days, otherwise your invoice will be cancelled. 
Having profiles on SpicyMatch, Pineapple App, Fab Swingers or Fetlife will also speed up your application.

By submitting a ticket application to an event does not mean that you will automatically gain a ticket to an event.
Please be aware that applications on the day of an event will not be processed.

If guests wish to obtain a ticket contribution, then a minimum of the following will be required.
All guests must be 25 years of age or over.

Guest will need to have a profile on sites like Fab Swingers, SpicyMatch, Pineapple App or Fetlife.
Fab Swingers/Fab Guys profiles will need to have a minimum of 2 resent meet verifications.
​
New guests, who do no have any profiles on the above sites are welcome but might be requested to supply full names and face pictures.


All ticket contributions once issued are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Full event address will only be available to ticket holders only.
